OCX Seller Listing & Consignment Policy
Effective date: [17 November 2025] · Version: [v1.0]
1) Overview
This Product Listing & Consignment Agreement ("Agreement") governs how sellers ("you") submit collectibles to OCX for intake, authentication, listing, storage in OCX Vault, and sale on the OCX platform ("Service"). By sending items to OCX or listing items on OCX, you agree to this Agreement and the OCX Terms of Use, Payments Terms, and Privacy Policy.
2) Seller Eligibility & Account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter binding agreements.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, bank/wallet information, and compliance with applicable laws.
3) Supported Items
- Trading cards & TCG (e.g., Pokémon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, sports cards, etc.).
- Select gaming/sports/non-sports cards; supported graded slabs (see "Supported Grading" on the OCX site).
- OCX may expand or limit categories over time.
4) Unsupported / Declined Items
Do not send the following; they will be declined and returned at your cost:
- Unopened packs/boxes; factory-sealed complete sets; memorabilia (jerseys, bats, plaques, etc.).
- Altered/trimmed/inked/cleaned/"doctored" cards.
- Items too damaged to meet OCX buyer-satisfaction standards.
- Items we determine are not worth listing (see Minimum Listing Price rule below).
OCX may decline any item at its sole discretion. Declined items appear in your account as "Declined Items" and can be requested back via a return shipment (fees apply).
5) Condition Standards
- Condition materially impacts value. We filter out items likely to disappoint buyers.
- Vintage wear may be acceptable; severe creases/wrinkles/gouges usually are not.
- For accepted flawed vintage, OCX may add condition notes.
6) Intake, Processing & Listing
- After receipt, items undergo intake (e.g., AI pre-grading screens, authenticity checks, imaging, data entry).
- Processing times and rates are published on Selling Rates and may change.
- OCX lists eligible items with images, titles, and metadata. You set ask prices and may respond to offers.
7) Minimum Listing Price
- Minimum per card price: Rp150.000 (at least USD $10).
- Cards below Rp150.000 or under USD $10 won't be listed and will be marked Declined Items.
- Return & logistics for below-minimum cards are at the seller's cost. You may:
- (a) request a return,
- (b) authorize bulk disposal/recycling (if available), or
- (c) bundle the item with a future return shipment (storage limits/fees may apply).
8) Pricing, Offers & Sales
- You control your ask prices and may enable/disable offers.
- A sale is complete when a buyer pays and OCX confirms the order. Funds flow via OCX escrow. Payouts to your seller wallet/bank follow OCX Payments Terms.
- OCX may run promotions/fees per published Selling Rates.
9) Authentication, Counterfeits & Misrepresentation
OCX safeguards buyer trust. Items suspected of being inauthentic are routed to enhanced review (AI+human; third-party opinions where needed).
If an item is determined counterfeit or intentionally misrepresented:
- The listing is removed; the seller account is suspended or banned.
- OCX may retain the item as evidence or follow applicable law on disposal/return.
- Where fraud is indicated, OCX may report to authorities.
Appeal / Unban process (for good-faith sellers):
- Contact <support@theocx.com> from your registered email and request review.
- Provide a written explanation and evidence (e.g., purchase receipts, seller chat logs, marketplace invoices, payment proofs) demonstrating you did not know the item was fake and may have been a victim.
- OCX will re-evaluate. If good-faith error is supported, OCX may unban, reinstate limited privileges, or require additional conditions (training notice, extra authentication checks, or deposits).
Costs: Any third-party authentication costs, return shipping, or handling related to counterfeit findings may be charged to the seller.
10) Customer Returns & Reversals
- Occasionally buyers return items under OCX Buyer Guarantee. OCX may reverse the transaction and return the card to your account.
- If OCX caused damage, we will not reverse the sale. You will be notified of any reversal by email.
11) Packaging & Shipping to OCX
You are responsible for safe delivery to the OCX Vault intake address. Use tracked shipping and adequate protection. Recommended methods:
- Raw cards in penny sleeves inside 100–400 ct boxes, then placed in a larger, padded box.
- 2-piece slider boxes taped shut, then placed in a padded outer box.
- If shipped in top loaders or hard cases, a removal fee per card may apply (see Selling Rates).
- You bear transit risk; consider shipping insurance. Keep tracking/delivery confirmation.
12) Vaulting, Handling & Fulfillment
- Upon acceptance, items can be held in OCX Vault for custody, re-sale, or withdrawal.
- OCX manages imaging, listing, secure storage, and buyer fulfillment.
- You can request withdrawal/return of your unsold items; return shipping and handling are at your cost (see Selling Rates).
13) Fees & Payouts
- Intake/processing, authentication, storage, sale, payment, and return fees are set out in Selling Rates and Payments Terms (subject to change).
- Sale proceeds credit to your Seller Wallet; withdrawals follow OCX Payments Terms and KYC requirements.
14) Ownership & License
- You retain ownership of your items until sale or withdrawal.
- You grant OCX a non-exclusive license to image, display, and market your items on OCX channels for listing, sale, and promotional purposes.
15) Seller Representations
You represent and warrant that:
- You have lawful title or authority to consigned items;
- Items are accurately described and not intentionally altered or counterfeit;
- You will comply with this Agreement and applicable law.
16) Suspension, Ban & Termination
- OCX may suspend or terminate access for policy breaches, suspected fraud, excessive disputes/returns, failure to pay fees, or legal compliance reasons.
- For counterfeit findings, see Section 9 (ban + appeal).
- On termination, you must settle outstanding fees; retrieval of items (if any) is at your cost.
17) Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OCX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; or lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. OCX's aggregate liability related to your use of the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) fees you paid to OCX in the 3 months preceding the event; or (b) USD 100. These limits do not restrict liability that cannot be limited by law.
18) Policy Updates
OCX may update this Agreement. Material changes will be posted on the Site with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
19) Governing Law & Dispute Venue
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Courts in Jakarta shall have jurisdiction, unless OCX specifies an alternative dispute resolution mechanism in the OCX Terms of Use.
